O presidente da Câmara de Rio Branco, vereador N.Lima (Progressistas) iniciou a sessão desta terça-feira (10) prestando esclarecimentos à população de Rio Branco a respeito da divulgação de matérias em sites locais sobre a Lei sancionada pelo prefeito Tião Bocalom, que altera o número de cargos comissionados na estrutura do gabinete dos vereadores.
Em sua fala, o presidente da Casa Legislativa afirmou que alguns veículos de comunicação criaram notícias falsas sobre as mudanças aprovadas pelos vereadores no final de julho, por exemplo, que o assessoramento dos 17 vereadores custaria R$ 800 mil ao mês, mas que o certo é R$ 510 mil ao mês.
“Isso prejudicava o próprio vereador, prejudica o trabalho do parlamentar. Eu tenho 16, e queria poder aumentar, era o meu desejo. A única coisa que aumentamos foi a quantidade máxima de assessores, de oito para doze. Nenhuma verba de gabinete foi aumentada. Cada vereador tem até R$ 30 mil para contratar até 12 assessores, a única coisa que mudou foi de 8 para 12 contratações”, salientou.
Em outro trecho, N.Lima afirmou que sua gestão está sempre pautada e acompanhada pelos órgãos fiscalizadores como MP e TCE e fez questão de salientar a situação financeira positiva da casa legislativa.
“O vereador está bem assessorado, não lhe falta nada para que ele execute seu trabalho sem prejudicar a administração. Todas as nossas contas estão sendo pagas em dias e tudo está dentro do orçamento. Até hoje não foi necessário fazer nenhuma suplementação de verba, tudo está dentro da legalidade” disse N.Lima.
Por fim, N.Lima concluiu dizendo que cada vereador tem total liberdade de permanecer com a quantidade de assessores desde que não ultrapasse a quantidade estipulada na lei (total de 12 assessores) e que a sua gestão jamais se furtará da verdade e da transparência da informação.
“Fica aqui nosso esclarecimento da Câmara, então se o vereador quiser ter 5 ou 8 assessores, fica a critério dele, não pode é passar de 12, e quem quiser saber qualquer coisa é só vir aqui, eu tô aqui para prestar todos os esclarecimentos. Nós da mesa não vamos admitir que façam esse festival de mentiras para a sociedade. Nós não fazemos nada que não estiver dentro da Lei” concluiu o parlamentar.
